This is to advise you that due to building flooding, the clinic will be closed for approximately 2 weeks.

Clinic staff may contact you via Avocare text message or phone to try to move the location of your appointment or arrange a telephone consult as opposed to coming into the office, depending on the nature of your health concern.
Until our service is fully restored, we are offering Avocare – an efficient online messaging platform for messaging to our patients free of charge (doctor will reverse charge upon receipt). Please go to the homepage to sign up for Avocare. Our staff will also answer any inquiries on our regular office phone number at 416-588-1888 Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.
For medical emergencies, please dial 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department.
